Filtering
As a JSM Help Center customer, you can choose a specific project which Advanced Requests Report to be displayed for.
The report data can be filtered by various criteria: Customer Request Status, Reporter, Request Type and Text content. The filtering results are saved the next time the customers enter Advanced Requests Report.
Under the More filters menu there are additional filters based on the columns displayed in Manage Columns menu.
