Saved Views
Create unlimited sets of filters criteria.
→ 1. Save an already created set of search and filter criteria as а view.
→ 2. Give custom name to it.
→ 3. Access the saved custom view later.
As a JSM Help Center customer, you can save search and filter criteria with custom names within an easy list to access it later.
JSM Help Center customer has already selected some filter criteria.
2. In the upper left corner on the screen (of Advanced Requests Report view) there is a button option Saved views that provides the option to save this set of filters.
On click a drop down menu with an option to Save new view will appear. Under SAVED VIEWS section the saved views list will appear.
4. Clicking on Save new view an option appears to name this view and save it. For example: Custom Report 1.
5. After saving this view, the given name: Custom Report 1 appears on the Saved views button.
6. From here all saved views can be accessed.
7. In order to clear all set filter criteria JSM Help Center customer can click on Clear all filters
8. All filter criteria are back to default and cleared.
9. After clearing all filters the saved view Custom Report 1 is available under Saved Views section.
10. The new view Custom Report 1 can be deleted any time using the bin symbol at the end of the named view after confirmation.
