SLA met vs breached chart


As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see the SLA met vs breached chart.

This chart shows the relation between the number of requests with met and breached SLA per project and requests priority over a given period. The Green line shows the number of requests with met SLA and the Red line - the ones with breached SLA.

It helps customers on the portal get an overview on how productivity changed and if goals have been met. 

Portal customers only see data based on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).
