Manage columns
As a JSM Help Center customer, you can choose additional columns to see in the report by selecting them from the Manage Columns menu in the upper right corner of your screen. You can add, remove and reorder the columns of their report by simply dragging and dropping items in Manage Columns.
Don’t forget to save the columns configuration by clicking on Save button.
