  • Clear all filters


    As a JSM Help Center customer, you can clear all selected filters (By Customer Request Status, By Reporter, By Request Type, Search for requests, More filters) at once, by clicking on the Clear all filters button.


    Example:

    The user has a saved view: Report 1

    In Advanced Requests Report view the user has a saved view. Clicking on Clear all filters will clear all applied filters.

     

    The user clicks on the Clear all filters button → Filters are cleared → User is no longer in Report 1 saved view:

    All filters cleared 

     

    Report 1 is available under Saved views menu →
