Direct Links to Advanced Reports (Global Views)

    • Advanced Portal Reports supports direct sharing of saved Global Views, allowing users and administrators to quickly open, bookmark, or embed specific report views.

    Global View Direct Links

    Each saved Global View has a unique shareable URL.
    When opened, this link:

    • Loads the JSM Help Center

    • Opens APR in a dialog

    • Automatically restores the selected Global View

    • Adjusts the visible data based on the recipient’s permissions (projects, organizations, request visibility, fields)

    You can copy and share this link with any user who has access to the corresponding project.
