Reading the report

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see Advanced Requests Report data displayed in a table view.

1. Data in the report can be sorted by some columns in ascending/descending order.

2. The values in each column have tooltips with additional information.

3. The number of requests visible per page: 20/50/100, can be chosen by Customers.

4. Refresh the request data based on the selected filters.
