Which requests are shown in the report


As a JSM Help Center customer, in the Advanced Requests Report you see requests that are either created by you or those for which you have been granted permission to view (you are a request participant or are part of an Organization which this ticket has been shared with).

 

As a JSM administrator/agent, in the Advanced Requests Report you see requests that are either created by you or those for which you have been granted permission to view (you are a request participant). If you are using Organizations, you see requests shared with all Organizations.
