Project configuration
See how your customers will use the reports →
As a JSM administrator, you can select what is to be visible to the customers per project. There are two options to access Advanced Portal Reports project configuration:
→ From Jira menu → click on the three dot menu option of a Jira Service Management project you want to configure Modify My Request for → Select Project settings
→ select Advanced Portal Reports under Apps menu from the left sidebar.
→ From Advanced Portal Reports Global configuration → go to Select project to configure tab → select a project you what Advanced Portal Reports to see for → select Go to project
→ From the upper right corner of the screen you have external links that lead to our Support center and Documentation.
