Show Customer Request Status
As a JSM project administrator, you can select to show the field Customer Request Status and this will add a new column called Customer Request Status in the customer portal report.
However, when the user wants to filter per Customer Request Status, these statuses will appear as a separate section under the Customer Request Status filter.
The system automatically saves the selections.
