Global configuration

This page describes global configuration options for Advanced Portal Reports.
Version 11.3.0 and higher:
Some configuration options or UI elements may differ compared to earlier versions.
Version 10.0.240-AC and earlier:
All configuration options described on this page are available.
You can check your app version in Jira → Apps → Manage apps.
As a JSM administrator, you can access Advanced Portal Reports Global configuration from Jira menu by selecting Settings (upper right corner of your screen: ) → Apps
The Global configuration is structured in tabs, separating the options for configuration:
Welcome to Advanced Portal Reports tab with guiding steps;
Date/Time field format → setting a Date/Time field format to use in the Advanced Portal Reports;
Access point on the portal → setting access points for Advanced Requests Report for JSM Help Center customers (Cloud);
Select project to configure → option to select and go to the Service Desk project you want to configure;
Analytics → enabling Amplitude Analytics to collect data about the usage of Advanced Portal Reports.
As a JSM administrator from global configuration you have access to the Advanced Portal Reports documentation and Nemetschek Bulgaria Support Team.
