Show Advanced Requests Report on the portal

As a JSM project administrator, you can select to Enable Advanced Requests Report on the portal and thus Customers will be able to access the report from the Advanced Requests Report option under the user account menu in Help Center.

Select fields to show in the report

As a JSM project administrator, you can select the fields to show in the report on the customer portal.

If not enabled for any Project the Customers will still see the same option but they won't be able to access the Report.

The system automatically saves the selections.

As a JSM project administrator, you can select which fields to be displayed in the report as columns.

The JSM Help Center customers can further customize the report using the Manage Columns menu.
