Show charts on the customer portal
As a JSM project administrator, you can show charts on the customer portal:
→ Created vs. Resolved chart on the portal
Show JSM Help Center customers the relation between created and resolved Jira tickets over a given period. The lines show how the productivity changed and if goals were met.
→ SLA met vs breached chart on the portal
Show JSM Help Center customers the relation between the number of requests with met and breached SLA per project and requests priority over a given period.
Portal customers only see data based on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).
The system automatically saves the selections.
→ JSM project administrator has selected Show Created vs Resolved chart on the portal checkbox and Show SLA met vs breached chart to the portal.
