Advanced Portal Reports with Refined onsite
If you use both Advanced Portal Reports for JSM and Refined apps for your JSM Help Center customers, in order for Advanced Portal Reports to be visible on Refined you need to add the link to Advanced Portal Reports from Refined Site Builder.
From Refined Site Builder select Add Content and then select Add Link.
Place the link in the following format:
{Advanced Portal Reports URL}?ep={Your Refined site URL}?autoLogin=true
Using this complete URL in your Refined portal for Advanced Portal Reports link ensures that:
Advanced Portal Reports opens correctly,
the Back button returns the user to the respective Refined portal,
the request links are opened in the respective Refined portal,
authentication is handled automatically via Jira Service Management.
Depending on the Theme that you use, Advanced Portal Reports will be visible either at the top, or at the bottom of the screen.
