Advanced Portal Reports with Refined onsite

If you use both Advanced Portal Reports for JSM and Refined apps for your JSM Help Center customers, in order Advanced Portal Reports to be visible on Refined you need to add Advanced Portal Reports from Refined Site Builder.

In order to do so, please follow the steps below:

First: From Refined Site Builder select Add Content and then select Add Link.

Second: Fill in the add-on name in the dialog screen and then paste the URL of the Atlassian portal:

Advanced Portal Report is now on your customised portal. Depending on the Theme that you use, Advanced Portal Reports is visible in one of these places:

  1. Up on the screen

  2. Down on the screen

One last step to reach Advanced Requests Report.

Clicking on the Advanced Requests Report button from Refined site, opens the Atlassian portal. In order to reach Advanced Requests Reports you need to click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner and then click on Advanced Requests Report.
