Filtering by Sprint

When you filter by Sprint, rather than only the Sprint which name you selected, all Sprints that contain the name of the sprint you selected will be displayed.

Example:

  • You have requests in a Jira Service Desk project with values for the field Sprint: TS Sprint 1, TS Sprint 11, TS Sprint 151, TS Sprint 17.

  • When you try to filter by “TS Sprint 1”, as a result you will get all sprints that start with TS Sprint1, i.e. TS Sprint 1, TS Sprint 11, TS Sprint 151, TS Sprint 17.
