Business and Software projects are not supported

Advanced Portal Reports supports only Service projects. If you manage to somehow configure Business or Software projects, the report will not work. One example of this is the following:

  • create a Service project and configure Advanced Portal Reports for this project

  • change the type of the project to either Business or Software

  • try to open Advanced Portal Reports

If this ever happens, you can simply revert the project type back to Service and turn Advanced Portal Reports off before changing again to Business or Software project.
