Safari and Firefox users need to enable pop-ups (one-time action) in their browser to open the Advanced Requests Report from the Customer Portal.

Firefox users need to enable pop-ups (one-time action) in their browser to open the Advanced Requests Report from the Customer Portal.

Enable pop-ups for Safari

Safari users need to enable pop-ups (one-time action) in their browser to open the Advanced Requests Report from the Customer Portal.

→ In order to do that: Open Safari → Settings…

→ Websites → scroll down to Pop-up Windows → find your xxxxx.atlassian.net (or custom domain) site and select Allow from the menu.
