Time zone difference between Jira and Advanced Portal Reports

Advanced Portal Reports uses the user’s local time zone, as retrieved from Jira's API, to display timestamps. If the user's time zone setting is not set to Anyone in their Jira profile visibility settings, Advanced Portal Reports cannot retrieve the time zone and shows the default Jira system time zone instead. This default setting may differ from the user’s actual local time, causing time discrepancies in the reports.

From Customer portal go to → User menu → Profile →

→ Edit account preferences

→ Profile and visibility → Local Time → set to: Anyone
