Missing customer requests statuses in the filtering drop-down field

Problem

Due to Atlassian bug in some cases customer request statues may not be listed for in the filtering drop-down filed.

Workaround

Go to the projects setting, in the request configuration add name for the one of the statuses shown to the customers and save it.
