    SLAs in the report

    In the portal report, SLAs are visualized with GUI elements such as colored labels, icons and numbers.

    SLAs:

    1. The colored label shows the SLA state

    2. Value of remaining time in hours/minutes and status icon

    3. SLA goal in hours

    SLAs Tooltip:

    1. The colored label shows the SLA state

    2. Value of remaining time in hours/minutes and status icon

    3. SLA goal in hours

    4. Elapsed time in hours/minutes

    5. Shows whether the current time is Within working hours or Outside working hours of the SLA calendar

    6. SLAs name

    SLAs in the exported file

    Since each SLA has multiple values each of their values is exported in a separate column. Hence, the user can further sort/filter per each value in the exported file. To facilitate that filter function is automatically turned on in the exported Excel file.

    SLAs:

    1. The SLA state

    2. Value of remaining time in hours/minutes

    3. SLA goal in hours

    4. -

    5. Shows whether the current time is within working hours of the SLA calendar (TRUE) or not (FALSE)

    6. SLA name

    7. Shows whether the SLA has been breached (TRUE) or not (FALSE)

    8. Shows whether the SLA has been paused (TRUE) or not (FALSE)
