Cloud access point/s for Advanced Requests Report for JSM Help Center customers

As a JSM administrator, you can select where to have access points for Advanced Requests Report on the JSM portal.
→ To do this, go to the Global configuration → Access point on the portal tab and select/deselect the access points.
The system automatically saves the selections.
If you need to temporarily hide all access points to the report from your JSM Help Center customers, you can deselect all options from the list.
Global Configuration
Advanced Portal Reports → Global configuration page → Access point on the portal tab
See below where the access point will be visible depending on your selection:
User Profile
(by default - it can be unselected any time)
Advanced Requests Report → Access point on the portal
Requests
(by default - it can be unselected any time)
