Pagination in Advanced Requests Report:

  • Advanced Request Reports pagination has been updated to show only forward, backward, and “first page” arrows, with tooltips and proper disabling based on the current page.

User management:

  • Admins can now control customer access to Advanced Request Reports on the portal by granting permissions at user, group, or organization level.

  • Customers without granted access will not see Advanced Request Reports options and will receive an error if trying to access restricted content.

Back Button Redirect:

  • The Back button now redirects users to the customer portal of the service desk project they have opened in Advanced Request Reports, making it easier to create new requests.

Priority Filter in SLA Chart:

  • Users can now select All priority options in the SLA Met vs. Breached chart for better data visibility.

Advanced Request Report Button Visibility:

  • The Advanced Request Report button will no longer appear in projects where Advanced Request Report is not configured.

Hidden Request Types:

  • Users can now see hidden request types in the Request Type filter, even if created by an agent.
