Permissions
As a JSM administrator, you can configure Advanced Portal Reports. Accessing the Global Configuration ⤵ requires App admin role, while Project configuration ⤵ can be accessed and configured by both App admin and Project Administrator roles.

In order to be able to access the Advanced Portal Reports Global Configuration ⤵ , you need to have App admin role for Jira Service Management.
By default this permission is granted via the jira-admins group.
Project Configuration
In order to be able to configure the Advanced Portal Reports per project ⤵, you need to have either App admin, or Administer Projects permission for each project.
By default, this permission is granted via the project role Administrators.
