Global configuration
As a JSM administrator, you can access Advanced Portal Reports Global configuration from the Apps Jira menu.
The Global configuration is structured in tabs, separating the options for configuration:
Welcome to Advanced Portal Reports tab with guiding steps;
Date/Time field format → setting a Date/Time field format to use in the Advanced Portal Reports;
Access point on the portal → setting access points for Advanced Requests Report for JSM Help Center customers (Cloud);
Select project to configure → option to choose and go to the Service Desk project you want to configure;
Analytics → enabling Google Analytics to collect data about the usage of Advanced Portal Reports.
As a JSM administrator from global configuration you have access to the Advanced Portal Reports documentation and Nemetschek Bulgaria Support Team.
Alternatively, you can access it from Jira Settings → Manage Apps → left side bar
