Configure Advanced Portal Reports
As a JSM administrator, you have the following configuration options for Advanced Portal Reports.
Global configuration: here you have several configuration options that will be applied to any project you use the Advanced Portal Reports for.
Project configuration: here the Advanced Portal Reports can be individually configured for each Jira Service Management project.

Advanced Portal Reports features for JSM Help Center customer
Advanced Requests Report
Allows your JSM Help Center customers to see a report on JSM Help Center that has: extended search, additional information for the requests and export in Excel/CSV.
Created vs Resolved chart → Shows the relation of created and resolved Jira tickets over a selected period of time.
SLA met vs breached chart → Show the relation between the number of requests with met and breached SLA per project and requests priority over a given period.
Request additional fields
Allows your JSM Help Center customers to see additional information on the request view page.

Here’s a simple 4-step guide to easily get started with administration → Empower your customers more control with enhanced search features and an easy-to-use tool for exporting their requests.
Easy administration in steps:
Get started with Global configuration:
→ From Global configuration page → Access point on the portal tab → Set where the Cloud access points for the report to be shown on the portal by selecting from the options.
Choose which project to configure:
→ From Global configuration page → Select project to configure tab → Select the project you want to configure → Click on Go to project
Configure a project:
→ From Project configuration page → Advanced Requests Report tab → Select Enable Advanced Requests Report on the portal to make the project visible on the portal → Select which fields to be shown in the report on the portal.
→ Select Request additional fields tab to add additional fields on the request page → Select which fields to be shown on the request page
