Permissions
As a JSM administrator, you can configure both global and on a project level, with specific permissions required for each. Global configuration requires Product Admin roles, while project configuration needs Administer Projects permission for individual Jira Service Management projects. Access to the Advanced Requests Report and project configuration requires project administrator permissions.

Advanced Portal Reports Configuration Permissions
Global Configuration
In order to be able to configure the Advanced Portal Reports Global Configuration, you need to have:
→ (Atlassian Cloud) - Product Admin role for Jira Service Management.
By default this permission is granted via the jira-administrators group.
Project Configuration
In order to be able to configure the Advanced Portal Reports Project Configuration, you need to have Administer Projects permission for each project.
By default this permission is granted via the project role Administrator.

Access the Project Configuration
In order to access the Project Configuration of Advanced Portal Reports you need to be a project admin.
Access on the portal
Depending on your permission scheme, you might also need to add Application access: Service desk in Browse permissions:
Go to: [my_Jira_service_management_project] > Project settings > Permissions
Then, edit the permission scheme under the section "Project permission > Browse Projects" to grant the following right: Application access > Jira Service Desk.
