Problem

Automatic configurations migration during upgrade is currently stooped due to unexpected behavior in some cases.

As a result of this portal access to the Advanced Portal Reports may disappear.

Workaround

For each project, go to the Advanced Portal Reports projects setting, this will trigger the configurations migration.

Review the setting and update them if needed
