    We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of how billing works, using our Data Center solutions.

    Billing for Atlassian Data Center Apps

    The billing for Data Center apps is aligned with the billing cycle of your main Atlassian Data Center product.

    Similar to Cloud apps, the pricing for Jira and JSM Data Center apps is based on the highest user tier across your main Jira products. So, if you have Jira Data Center license for up to 500 users and Jira Service Management license for up to 250 agents, you'll be billed according to the 500-user tier for each app.

    Annual license fee

    Data Center apps are billed with a one-time annual fee, covering the app, updates, and license support for the term. Licenses are available for 12 or 24 months.

    User tier based pricing

    Pricing is based on user tiers, with costs increasing for larger user counts or instance sizes.
