How to migrate Advanced Portal Reports from Server to Cloud

If you want to migrate from Server/Data Center to Cloud and you use Advanced Portal Reports, you should follow these steps:

1. If you had some time remaining on your Server/Data Center license, contact us directly to work out the details of a possible discount when getting the new Cloud license for Advanced Portal Reports. Please provide the SEN number of your Server/Data Center license.

2. Install Advanced Portal Reports on your Cloud instance.

3. As of now, the only way to migrate the configuration is to manually configure your Cloud instance’s Advanced Portal Settings project by project based on your previous configuration from Server/Data Center.
