How to apply a promo code for Advanced Portal Reports on Cloud
Only Billing Admins can apply the promo codes
Once you receive a promo code from us, follow the steps below in order to apply it:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.
In the subscriptions table, find the Marketplace app you have a promo code for and select Manage.
Select More actions > Enter promo code.
Enter your promo code and select Validate, then select Apply discount.
When the code is validated, you’ll see on the subscription details page that the discount is scheduled to begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
Keep in mind that most of the codes will be valid only for one use so it can’t be activated on another Cloud instance.
The code should provide you with a one-month free subscription and the code should be activated before its end date.
