Open global configuration from administration
As a JSM administrator, you can access the global configuration of Advanced Portal Reports, by selecting the Apps option from Jira Administration settings (upper right corner of your screen).
You can also access global configuration from the main Jira menu → Apps → Advanced Portal Reports
