Expose custom fields on the portal

Jira Service Management is a powerful tool for managing customer service requests and issues. However, many organizations find that the default Jira Service Management portal does not provide enough information for their needs. One common issue is that the default portal does not allow customers to see additional custom fields that are important for their service requests.

To address this issue, organizations can use the Advanced Portal Reports for JSM add-on.

Advanced Portal Reports for JSM allows JSM Help Center customers to see additional custom fields in the JSM Help Center (for example: User picker, Text field, Single Choice List, Multiple Choice List, Date time picker, Group picker, ect.), providing them with more information and context about their service requests.

Customers can also search and filter by specific value within the report.

Advanced Portal Reports for JSM also provides advanced reporting capabilities, with easy administration allowing organizations to gain insights into their service requests and identify patterns or trends that can help them improve their service process.
