Export the requests on the portal
The Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Management is an add-on that enables organizations to improve their service management process by providing additional information to customers and advanced reporting capabilities. The default JSM Help Center can often be limited in the information it provides, and organizations may find that they need more data to fully understand and address their customers' needs and be able to share it outside the portal.
The Advanced Portal Reports for JSM allows JSM Help Center customers to export their requests in the JSM Help Center, in CSV and Excel format. This can allow them to share the information with ones outside the portal capability.
Select option Data export and Save the configurations in Project configuration
