Access Global configuration

As a JSM administrator, you can access Modify My Request Global configuration from Jira menu by selecting Settings (upper right corner of your screen: ) → Apps

Go to: Modify My Request → Global configuration page

→ Modify My Request

Here, you have several options:

→ you can select and go to the Jira Service Management project you want to configure Modify My Request for.

→ you can access the Support and Documentation of Modify My Request.

When you click on either the Support, or Documentation button in the upper right corner of your screen → a confirmation dialog appears with directions that the link leads outside Jira.

→ you can disable/enable usage data collection
