Simple and easy way for your customers to edit their requests on the Customer portal

Customers often need to update or include additional information for their requests. The usual workflow is to contact the administrator. Then the administrator makes changes on behalf of the customer. This can happen quite often and cost a lot of time.

Modify My Request allows Portal Customers to edit Summary and Description field and the JSM administrator has an automated update in the Jira issue.
