As a JSM administrator, you can monitor every edit in the issues in Jira.

 

→ Notification in Jira notification center

Monitor Modify My Request in Jira-01.png

→ Internal comment in the Comment section with info:

  • which field has been modified

  • who modified it

  • when was it modified → date and time
