If the JSM administrator has entered information about a support contract for a specific JSM project, JSM Help Center customers can see the Contract info on the portal by clicking Show contract button from Worklog Report →
JSM customers can see info about the type of contract, start and end date, number of contracted hours and how much time was logged and left from these contracted hours.
