As a JSM administrator, you can select to show Worklog Report on the JSM customer portal from Show Worklog Report tab in project configuration of Worklog Report.
→ In order to do so, select Show Worklog Report on Customer Portal checkbox from Worklog Report project configuration.
The system automatically saves the selections.
