Which requests are shown in the report


By default Worklog Report shows all requests in the project that have logged time for the selected.

The list of requests can be restricted by the JSM administrator to respect JSM user permissions and show only those requests with logged time that are either created by the customer or those for which the customer has been granted permission to view (the customer is a request participant or is part of an Organization which this ticket has been shared with).

Worklog Report does not show Jira issues that do not have a request type.
