As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see the Created vs Resolved chart.
This chart shows the relation between created and resolved customer requests per project over a given period. The Green line shows the number of created requests and Red line - the closed ones.
It helps customers on the portal get an overview on how productivity changed and if goals have been met.
Portal customers only see data based on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).
