As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see Created vs Resolved displayed in a chart view.

The Created vs Resolved chart is a graphical report for the portal customers.

By selecting the respective project and by picking a time period, the graphs show the relation between created and resolved Jira tickets over a given time period. The line or bar chart shows how the productivity changed and if goals have been met. 

Portal customers only see data based on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).

The chart is a line chart with two lines: green for created tickets and red for closed tickets.
