Project configuration


As a JSM administrator, in the project configuration you can:

  • select to show Worklog Report on the JSM customer portal

  • choose to show only Tempo billable hours

  • restrict users and groups.

From Project configuration you have a shortcut to the JSM customer portal:

→ In the upper right corner of the screen click on Go to Customer Portal button

Go to Customer Portal

→ In order to access Support Center → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Support button

→ In order to access Documentation → On the upper right corner of the screen click on Documentation button
