As a Jira Service Management administrator, you can choose where to show the access point for Advanced Requests Report on the portal by selecting one or more options from the Global configuration panel.

You can also deselect all options from the list if you need to temporarily hide all access points to the report from your Jira Service Management customers.

See below where the access point will be visible depending on your selection:

User Profile

(by default - it can be unselected any time)
