The Global configuration is structured in tabs, separating the options for configuration:

• Date/Time field format → setting a Date/Time field format to use in the Advanced Portal Reports;

• Access point on the portal → setting access points for Advanced Requests Report for JSM Help Center customers (Cloud);

• Select project to configure → option to choose and go to the Service Desk project you want to configure;

• Analytics → enabling Google Analytics to collect data about the usage of Advanced Portal Reports.

As a JSM administrator from global configuration you have access to the Advanced Portal Reports documentation and Nemetschek Bulgaria Support Team.

Alternatively, you can access it from Jira Settings → Manage Apps → left side bar
