Worklog Report: Integration and Limitations

Worklog Report access from the Customer portal, is integrated directly into the request list view. It is implemented as an expandable dialog within the request list. This means that Customer portal users can view and interact with Worklog Report directly from the portal interface without navigating away to a new page.

Please Note:

• Worklog Report does not support being opened in a separate browser tab or window.

• Due to the way Worklog Report is embedded, it is currently not possible to integrate it with Refined. This is because Refined requires external content to be rendered in a way that Worklog Report is not designed to support.
