Filters: Worklog Reports


As a JSM Help Center customer, you can access Worklog Report through JSM customer portal from Requests list.

Worklog Report provides set of filters for better requests search.

Project filter:

Select project

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see information for one Jira Service Management project at a time.

The projects in the filter are ordered alphabetically.

Status filters:

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can filter by Status.

Any status

Filter shows all requests regardless of their status.

Open requests

Shows requests that are currently open and active.

Shows requests that have been marked as having a resolution.

 


Creator filters:

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can filter by Creator.

Shows requests created by any portal customer.

Shows requests that portal customer have created.

Shows requests where you are involved as a participant or collaborator.

 


Request type filters

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can filter by Request Type.

Shows requests of any type without filtering by the specific request category.

There are numerous distinct request types, each catering to different user needs.

 


Date filters:

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can filter by Date.

Shows requests with time logged since the beginning of the current month.


Shows requests with time logged for the previous month.


Shows requests with time logged for two months before the current month.


Shows requests with time logged for the current week.


Shows requests with time logged for the previous week.

 


Date range filters:

As a JSM Help Center customer, you can filter by Daтe Range.

Allows portal customers to specify a custom start date to filter requests with time logged on or after that date.

Allows portal customers to specify a custom end date to filter requests with time logged on or before that date.
