As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see the Created vs Resolved chart.

This chart shows the relation between created and resolvedĀ Jira tickets per project over a given period: the green line shows the number of created tickets and red one - for closed ones.

Portal customers only see data based on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).
