As a Jira Service Management JSM administrator, you can choose select where to show the have access point points for Advanced Requests Report on the portal by selecting one or more options from the Global configuration panel.You can also deselect all options from the list if JSM portal. To do this, go to the Global configurationAccess point on the portal tab and select/deselect the access points.

The system automatically saves the selections.

If you need to temporarily hide all access points to the report from your Jira Service Management customers.JSM Help Center customers, you can deselect all options from the list.
