As a JSM Help Center customer, you can see the Created vs Resolved chart.

This chart shows the relation between created and resolved customer requests per project over a given period: the green . TheGreen lineshows the number of created tickets and red one requests and the Red line - the closed ones.

It helps customers on the portal get an overview on how productivity changed and if goals have been met. 

Predefined date periods include: Last 7 days; Last 30 days; Previous month; This month to date; Last 3 months; Last year.

Portal customers only see databased on the requests they have access to (they are participants or part of an organization which has the issues shared with).use the report-chart-1.pngImage Removed

Below the chart, the user can see a table with details about all created or resolved requests per date. Each row (date) can be expanded to show the respective list of requests. The requests are shown in a table with columns: Reference, Summary, Reporter, Request type, Status.
