Advanced Portal Reports now has its own dedicated URL, independent of the main Atlassian Portal. This update enhances accessibility for your customers, allowing them to access the app quicker and directly.

The link to Advanced Requests Report ishttps://apps.tools4teams.io/advanced-reports/home/{instance_name}/{serviceDeskId}where you have to change the instance_name and serviceDeskId parameters.

instance_name = name of your Cloud instance without the atlassian.net part

serviceDeskId = the service desk Id of the project you wish to link to, if you provide an incorrect number, you will be redirected to the default service desk id
